Amish Tandon


Amish joined the Bar in 2009 and has since gained diverse experience in commercial litigation and general corporate. In the initial years of his career, Amish was retained in the chambers of a leading senior counsel at the Delhi High Court. Subsequently, Amish worked with a leading corporate law firm of the country.

Amish has authored a treatise on the ‘Sexual Harassment at Workplace’. This treatise deals with the law and its implementation and adherence. Amish is an avid writer who regularly writes on a wide range of legal issues.

Amish is currently the Additional Standing Counsel of the Official Liquidators Office (Delhi High Court). Amish actively represents his clients in the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court.

Amish also represents his clients in high value arbitrations across various sectors. Amish has also been appointed as an arbitrator in intricate commercial disputes by the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, as also by various law firms in the city.

Sameer Abhyankar


Sameer enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2008 and has since worked in prestigious chambers in the Supreme Court of India, to gain a vast experience in commercial litigation before the Supreme Court and before other Courts and Tribunals in New Delhi. Commercial dispute resolution being his forte, he also represents the firm in arbitrations for the firm’s clients.

Sameer is an Advocate on Record of the Supreme Court of India and as such has represented a wide spectrum of the firm’s clients before the Supreme Court on diverse issues arising out of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, Company Law, Consumer Protection Law, Mining and Environmental Law, Electricity Laws, Constitutional Law, Contractual Disputes, Service Law, Education Law and Taxation.

Sameer also advises and represents the firm’s clients before various Tribunals headquartered in New Delhi, particularly the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).

Sameer has a flair for legal writing and regularly writes articles on various issues of commercial law.
