  • Represented various real estate companies before the Supreme Court of India in their challenge against the constitutionality of certain provisions of the IBC.

  • Represented Insolvency Resolution Professionals before the NCLT, NCLAT and Supreme Court with the issues pertaining to corporate insolvency resolution and liquidation proceedings of a prominent five-star hotel in North India.
